How much are association dues?

The 2022 annual assessment is $324 per lot.


Assessments are billed on a quarterly basis ($81 per quarter) as follows:

  • First quarter (January 1 – March 31) – billed on January 1 and due by January 31

  • Second quarter (April 1 – June 30) – billed on April 1 and due by April 30

  • Third quarter (July 1 – September 30) – billed on July 1 and due by June 31

  • Fourth quarter (October 1 – December 31) – billed on October 1 and due by October 31

Who do I contact for a replacement mailbox?

Homeowners' are responsible for ordering and installing the mailbox.

Who do I contact for sidewalk repair?

Maintenance of sidewalks is the responsibility of the City of Murfreesboro Street Department.

Who do I contact to report a streetlight outage?

Residential street lights in the City limits are the responsibility of Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation (MTEMC). Please call 615-893-5514 to report an outage.
