Effective 1 January 2021, residents of Jim Houston Court may voluntarily elect to continue as members of the Jamison Place Homeowners Association.

By joining the HOA you agree to follow the CCRs of phase 3 of Jamison Place and to pay the in effect quarterly assessments (current assement rates are posted on the FAQ page). You may cancel your membership at any time (there will be no refunds for partial quarters already paid).
